The Gluten Free Cobbler Recipe


Ingredients:

¼ tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Baking Powder

2 cups Almond Milk (473 mL)

¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar (59 mL)

2 Tbsp Dairy-Free Butter (28 g)

2 cups Gluten Free 1-to-1 Flour (296 g)

2 cups Sugar (432 g) or Golden Monk Fruit Sweetener

1 lb Frozen Mixed Berries, about 3 cups (454 g) or fresh or canned berries


Instructions:

Set the butter in a 13 x 9-inch dish. Put the dish under the oven and pre-heat the oven to 375º.

combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a mixing bowl, blend well with a wire whisk.

Add almond milk and apple cider vinegar to the flour mixture. Blend unto just consolidated.

When the butter is gone, lift the plate from the oven, turn the pan around to coat the bottom and tops with the softened butter. Pour mixture in the prepared pan, spray with fruit and bake for 40 minutes 1 hour, unto the top is golden brownish and the fruit is bubbling.

Serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and is preferable to serve warm.
