So, this morning after I prepare a delicious Savory Waffles with Blueberries and Mint for my family at the Breakfast meal, my kids loves it so much. Then they asked me to take them to a Burger restaurant for lunch, honestly, I can’t tell my kids no for something good they deserve it, because I love them like you all!

Then, I take a look at the sky and it’s a sunny day and also a holiday, so I decide to make I dinner pool party at house with my family, and for the second reason because the restaurant burgers full of calories and gives only fat. So, I decide to cook a Farro Veggie Burgers is vegan, healthy and delicious at the same time!

Actually, we had a good and fun time at the dinner pool party my all family and my kid’s love’s it so much and I decide to share with you this Farro Veggie Burgers meal recipe to enjoy it with your family too.

Of course, without any doubt, this burger is full of healthy benefits for human body thank of their healthy and fresh ingredient that feed your body needs with protein, carbohydrates, fibers and good fat that help you to burn bad fat from your body, and also gives energy and good vibes during your day.

This recipe is a vegan burger is perfect meal for vegan’s people, but it’s fun and delish also for no vegan people, my kids and my husband no vegans but they love it so much, and is good for any age and gender categories.

The Farro Veggie Burgers Recipe


Ingredients:

2 tsp Sea Salt

2 tsp Black Pepper

1/4 cup Freshly Chopped Parsley

1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

4-6 Eggs large, see notes

2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal

and set aside see notes

1 White Onion diced

1 clove Garlic minced

1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan

2 tsp Paprika

2 tsp Cumin

2 cups Cooked Farro prepared according to package instructions, see notes

2 cups Fresh Spinach chopped

1 can Black Beans reserve the bean liquid


Instructions:

Roast the onion and garlic in a bit of olive oil until they smell. And dip this mixture inside a large mixing bowl. And join the pre-cooked Farro, spinach, Parmesan, parsley, black beans, dry spices, and flaxseed meal and blend them completely.

Add tomato paste, 4 eggs, and bread crumbs, then mix again to completely incorporate and form a sticky mixture. Start to form patties into 1/2 in thickness and about 4 wide.

Add a bit of olive oil to a hot frying pot and cook patties on medium heat for about 4-6 minutes per side. Slow and constant is the key!
