The Gluten Free Black Bean
Burgers Recipe
Ingredients:

tsp Salt
Pepper
to taste

tsp Garlic Powder
¾
cup cooked Organic Quinoa Grain (117 g)
Two
14.5 oz cans Diced Tomatoes, undrained (822 g)
5
½ cups cooked Black Beans (330 g)
1
cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats (108 g)
1
cup Gluten Free Quick Rolled Oats (104 g)
Instructions:
First,
Preheat the oven to 350°F and list 2 large vellum paper.
Put
the beans, the rolled oats, the quick-cooking oats, the quinoa, and the
tomatoes in a food processor fitted with a blade attachment. Mix until this
mix-up becomes a paste. But before mixing them, half them.
Next,
place the mix-up and leftover ingredients in a large bowl. and mix them very
well.
To
build the burgers, dip about 1/2 cup bean mixture into the 2 large vellum
paper. Do this smoothly and softly press them with your hands to form like a
burger patty shape.
Put
the burgers in the oven for 30 minutes, then flip the burgers and let it for
25-30 minutes until firm.
