1 frozen Banana

1 small Avocado

1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup

1/4 cup Protein & Fiber Nutritional Booster

2 Tbsp Almond Butter

1 1/2 cups full fat, chilled Coconut Milk

Mix all of your smoothie ingredients and pour them into a bowl.
