What is the perfect time at the day to eat this Savory Waffles with Blueberries and Mint?

I recommend to eat it in the morning when you wake up, for many reasons, because you will be hungry and you need to prepare somethings fast, healthy and delicious and that gives you the energy to start your day strong and graceful so this waffles can provide us all of this benefice and also can be the perfect choice for a holiday summer breakfast with your sweet family or some best friends. But this does not prevent you to taking it later, you can take it at any time when you are hungry or if you are craved to it.

This meal coming with a lot of health benefice for the human body. These benefits are demonstrated reducing blood sugar, lowering cholesterol, reducing hypertension and give you energy, all those benefits are from the health ingredient that have this meal.

Waffles with Blueberries and Mint Recipe


Ingredients:


Balsamic Reduction:

2 Tbsp Honey

1 cup Balsamic Vinegar

Waffles:

1/4 cup Water

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil melted

1 cup Paleo Pancake & Waffle Mix

2 Eggs

Toppings:

fresh Blueberries

Fresh Mint chopped

Green Onions chopped

Hollandaise:

3 Egg Yolks

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

3 Tbsp Ghee or coconut oil

1 Tbsp Water


Instructions:

Waffles:

Pour all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them until smooth. then preheat waffle press to medium heat for at least ten minutes.

Balsamic Reduction:

You must melt the honey. So, pour the honey and balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan to dissolve it.

Pet the mixture to a simmer boil with some stirring for 10-15 minutes.

Finally, we displace the sauce from the hotness and token to a serving bowl.
